Not only can you create webpages with Ezypage by EzyWare Development Solutions, you can save pages as Adobe PDF files or even as an electronic book.

Ease of Use:  

Ezypage 10 is not as easy to use as most website creation programs. The control panel is a little confusing, and figuring out how everything works requires some time and reading.

Feature Set:  

Most all website creation programs allow you to right-click the mouse for quick access to features related to a selected object, but EzyPage doesn’t offer this perk. Both the right and left mouse buttons appear to do the same thing.

Ezypage 10 has a unique feature set compared to most web creation software, including the ability to add flowcharts to your page. You can create tables, drop-down combo boxes, line art and even a scrolling marquee for your website. All you need to do is add content. Not only can you create thumbnails of any image you want, you can add a Google search box directly into your page.

We liked this security feature if you have email addresses on your website, you can protect them from being read by web spiders. Some web spiders harvest email addresses for spammers.

Templates:  

Even though Ezypage 10 doesn’t offer as many built-in templates as most website creation software does, but the program does have about 20 templates that range in complexity from simple pages (where you just add a logo and change the name of the buttons) to detailed graphical layouts.

For the most part, editing a template itself is simple. Unfortunately, editing an image inside a template is challenging. You might want to prepare your images ahead of time in another program.

Graphic Imaging Tools:  

Ezypage 10 doesn’t have the same ability to crop or resize an image instantly as most website creation programs allow. This website creation software does have some features that stand out among the other website creation programs: their editing tool can add some interesting effects, such as making the picture look like an old photograph and a variety of other shading techniques.

One of the difficulties we found while working with images in Ezypage 10 include sizing difficulties. If you have a saved image that is too large for your page, you can’t simply crop the image or resize it instantly as you can in higher-ranked website creation programs.

Help/Support:  

Ezypage 10’s help files are limited; all the program offers is a help index display and a search tool. The program does have a few tutorials, but these apply mainly to just JavaScript templates and Applets.

The only online assistance that EzyWare Software Solutions offers is email support.

Summary:  

If you have a little time and patience, then Ezypage 10 might be just right for you. This software is capable of incorporating JavaScript and Applets into your page easily, but this website creations software not designed for the novice user.

For example, if you want to create a website with multiple pages, then you’ll need to create them one at a time and view them separately; Ezypage 10 doesn’t have the ability to work on all your webpages at once.
