Cool Page by 3Dize requires little or no knowledge of HTML to create a personal website. The program also allows some HTML scripting.
Cool Page’s control panel is terrible. You can drag-and-drop an object on your page, but it’s not as easy as we had hoped. The controls are awkward and difficult to find.
Cool Page doesn’t offer many features to allow you to fine tune a webpage; instead, Cool Page does most of the work for you. Nevertheless, you can open the HTML object tool and add HTML code.
Cool Page’s selection of clipart and images is downright disappointing. The program does include one sample template, but that’s all.
The only graphic editing you can do is resize an image or add a mouse event.
This is one of Cool Page’s strengths: tutorials, a user guide and contact information are for customer support are all directly accessible from the control panel. At the 3Dize, Inc.website you can find a variety of frequently asked questions about Cool Page.
If you’re an experienced HTML programmer, you will be disappointed with the limitations of Cool Page, because the software has few creativity options. Cool Page is designed for the ultimate beginner who knows little or nothing about HTML.
